Pricing availability

Last week we brought you news that Sky was planning to completely overhaul the pricing and structure of their iconic Sky Sports package. Those changes included the breaking up of the Sky Spots channels into dedicated offerings for football, cricket, golf and more, alongside the opportunity to take only the sports you’re interested in.

It’s an effort designed to help reduce the burden of Sky Sports on many people’s financials and to encourage younger customers to get on board with Sky over competing illegal streaming services.

Now, Sky have officially announced their ‘all new’ Sky Sports service, which confirms much of what we thought to be true. Sky Sports will expand its service with 10 sports channels, offering customers more flexibility at no extra cost.

The new line-up of channels includes new channels dedicated to some of the most popular sports and offers a new way for customers to get on board with Sky Sports, from just 60p per day.

The new offering will remain price locked at £27.50 per month for 12 months, however, customers can also take individual channels at a new price of just £18 per month for one channel, £22 per month for two and three for £26 per month.
